Phil Rawcliffe

Phil Rawcliffe has extensive experience in communications and social media. Phil is currently the Head of Communications at Quectel since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Social Media Lead at Telecom Infra Project from February 2022 to October 2022. From June 2020 to February 2022, they held the position of Head of Social Media at Quectel. Before joining Quectel, Phil worked at GSMA where they served as the Director of Social Media from November 2017 to May 2020, Senior Manager of Social Media from November 2011 to November 2017, and PR Manager from May 2010 to November 2011. Phil also worked as a Freelance PR Consultant from January 2008 to April 2010 and as an Account Director at Liberty Comms Ltd from August 2005 to November 2007. Phil's earlier experience includes working as a Freelance PR Consultant at Sonus PR, an Account Manager at Band & Brown Communications, and as a Senior Account Executive at Edelman PR Worldwide. Their skills include strategic development, PR planning, social media management, client liaison, and team management.

Phil Rawcliffe attended Biddenham Upper School from 1989 to 1991 without obtaining a degree. Phil then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Business Administration and Languages (EBAL) at the University of Central Lancashire from 1991 to 1994.
