Thomas Herrmann has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Thomas started their career as Head of Product Management at Krone AG, BU Wireless Local Loop, where they worked from 1996 to 2001. Thomas then joined Siemens AG, BU Wireless Modules as Head of Customer Support from 2001 to 2006. Following this, Thomas worked at Gemalto M2M, first as Head Technical Sales Global from 2006 to 2009, then as M2M Product Marketing Manager / Head Technical Sales APAC from 2009 to 2011, and finally as GM Gemalto M2M Asia-Pacific from 2011 to 2014. After leaving Gemalto M2M, Thomas worked as Managing Director Sales at lesswire AG from 2014 to 2017. Thomas then joined Digi International as Director Sales Cellular EMEA from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Thomas is serving as Regional Sales Director at Quectel Wireless Solutions.
Thomas Herrmann attended FHTW Berlin from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Dipl. Ing. in Nachrichtentechnik. Their field of study was Elektrotechnik / Nachrichtentechnik.
