Paul Walker

Paul Walker currently serves as the Director of Governance at Queen Alexandra College since May 2023, providing support and advice to governors while fulfilling the company secretary role. Prior to this, Paul was involved with the Department for Education, contributing to the Academy Trust Regulation Unit and supporting the Schools Bill 2022. Additional experience includes a part-time role as Head of Governance and Compliance for Odyssey Trust for Education, and various governance positions within educational trusts and county councils. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Corporate Governance and multiple post-graduate certifications, alongside extensive experience in governance, compliance, and education management spanning over 15 years.
