David Spencer

David Spencer is an experienced sales and management professional with a strong background in retail talent acquisition, leadership development, and training. Currently serving at Queen City Audio Video & Appliances, David oversees talent acquisition across multiple storefronts, the development of onboarding processes, and the launch of a guest experience initiative. Previous roles include vice president of sales at Magic One Auto, where David implemented successful B2B strategies, and divisional new vehicle director at Sonic Automotive, focused on new vehicle inventories and training initiatives. David has also built recognized sales teams at Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte and contributed significantly to the sales success at Beck Imports.
