Heather Hofmann has over 30 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Heather began their career in 1990 as a Restaurant Manager for Walt Disney World. In 2001, they became a Guest Services Manager for Darden - Seasons 52. In 2004, they were a Restaurant General Manager for Gaylord Entertainment. From 2009 to 2010, they were the Director of Restaurants for Waldorf Astoria Orlando. Heather then became the Director of Food and Beverage for Reunion Resort from 2010 to 2012. Heather was then the Director of Food & Beverage for Buena Vista Palace from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2020, they were the Vice President for Puff 'n Stuff Catering and Events. Heather is currently the Director of Sales for Fifth Group Restaurants / Bold Catering & Design and the Chief Operating Officer for QC Catering.
