Ryan Konrad

Ryan Konrad has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as a server at Queen City Catering Company since October 2015, where responsibilities include waiting tables, bartending, and assisting with event setup and breakdown. Prior to this role, Ryan was the General Manager at Jimmy John's from May 2013 to November 2017, having been promoted from Assistant Manager, overseeing a team of approximately 20 employees and managing various operational tasks such as hiring, training, inventory, and sales maintenance. Ryan also worked as a delivery driver at Jimmy John's, providing efficient customer service and handling order preparations. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completed in 2015, and graduated from Green Hope High School in Cary, North Carolina in 2011.
