Casey Johnson

Casey Johnson is an experienced social worker with a focus on hospice care and mental health. Currently serving as a Hospice Social Worker at Queen City Hospice since September 2019, Casey previously held the same position at VITAS Healthcare from September 2018 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes working as an Outpatient Social Worker at UC Health from September 2013 to September 2018 and as a Senior Connections Coordinator/Case Manager at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services from October 2005 to July 2013, where responsibilities included case management for individuals with severe mental illness and providing counseling to seniors.
