Kacy Ballard

Kacy Ballard began their work experience in 2010 as a Charge Nurse and Staff RN at Atrium Medical Center. Kacy then transitioned to the role of Case Manager and Discharge Planner. In 2014, Kacy moved on to become a Hospital and Physician Liaison, handling Marketing and Admissions at Crossroads Hospice. Following this, they worked as a Sales, Marketing, and Admissions Clinical Community Liaison RN at Hospice of Southwest Ohio from 2016 to 2020. Kacy then joined Queen City Hospice in 2018 as a Clinical Education Representative. Kacy later took on the role of Regional Director of Admissions for a short period. Currently, Kacy holds the position of Executive Director at Queen City Hospice, an Addus Company, starting in March 2021. Kacy has extensive experience in clinical management, education, and leadership in the hospice industry.

Kacy Ballard pursued their education at Galen College of Nursing from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
