Kaley Penington

Kaley Penington, RN, BSN, MBA, currently serves as a Healthy Planet Consultant for both Geisinger and Health Data Movers since June 2023, while also running KPEN Consulting, LLC, where expertise in Epic Healthy Planet and Ambulatory consulting has been applied to various projects since July 2019. Kaley has held multiple consulting roles, including Epic Consultant at Queen Consulting Group and Healthy Planet/Ambulatory Consultant at Boston Medical Center. With extensive experience in population health management, project management, and clinical decision support, Kaley has contributed to numerous healthcare organizations and has a strong educational background, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University and an MBA from Colorado Christian University.
