Ciera Thompson

Ciera Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ciera began their career in 2010 as an Activity Leader at V.I.K. Club, where they were responsible for creating activities and lesson plans for children ages 5 to 13. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Cashier at The Home Depot, where they maintained store cleanliness and ensured customer satisfaction.

In 2012, Ciera worked as a Lead Teacher at Sunrise Preschools, where they were responsible for children from 6 weeks to 13 years old. Ciera facilitated snacks, maintained classroom cleanliness, and created weekly curriculum-based activities.

Ciera then transitioned to the restaurant industry, working as a Waitress at Pecan Grove Restaurant and Pie Company from 2013 to 2014. In addition to taking care of clients' appointments and take-out orders, they created a seating system and managed the cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant.

Ciera then gained experience in education, working as an ADPTS Teacher at Chandler Unified School District in 2015 and as a Resource Science Teacher Junior High at Gilbert Public Schools. In 2016, they worked as a Life Skills Teacher at Autism Academy of Education and Development.

From 2017 onwards, Ciera focused on special education, holding multiple positions as a Special Education Teacher. Ciera worked at Autism Academy of Education and Development, Chandler Unified School District, and presently at Queen Creek Unified School District.

In addition to their professional work, Ciera also pursued a passion for photography, working as a Photographer at Ciera Kay Photography since 2017.
