Liz Lainfiesta (Beller)

Liz Lainfiesta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Liz currently works as a Technology Liaison at Queen Creek Unified School District since July 2023.

Prior to that, Liz worked at Zimmer Biomet from April 2017 to February 2018 as a Research Librarian. Liz'sresponsibilities included delivering in-depth research, managing electronic and print materials, and maintaining the online library catalog.

From June 2014 to February 2015, Liz was a Library Specialist at Latham & Watkins, where they provided research services and assisted attorneys with document retrieval. Before that, they worked as an Information Resources Technician at the same company from January 2012 to May 2014, responding to file requests and preparing files physically and digitally.

From May 2011 to December 2011, Liz interned at Northeastern University, where they investigated copyright policies and coordinated metadata collection for digitization projects.

Earlier in their career, Liz worked at Collective Brands Inc from December 2008 to February 2011 as an AP Control Associate, managing payables and the vendor master file. Prior to that, they served as an Administrative Assistant from 2005 to 2008 at the same company, handling various administrative tasks and document management.

At the start of their career, Liz worked as a Customer Support Associate at Payless ShoeSource Worldwide, where they excelled in customer service, communication, and training.

Overall, Liz has a strong background in research, information management, and administrative support.

Liz (Beller) Lainfiesta completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from Kansas State University, starting in 1998 and concluding in 2003. Liz further pursued their education and obtained a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh in the period between 2009 and 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Liz also holds a Public Librarian Certification for the State of North Carolina, which they obtained in October 2021, from the State of North Carolina.
