Tom Bubser

Tom Bubser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Sr. Project and Quality Assurance Manager at Queens Library since January 2013, Tom has developed a strong track record in leading critical initiatives. Previously, Tom held various leadership positions at C2 Media from 1987 to 2009, including Project Director, where responsibilities encompassed acting as both Project Manager and Business Analyst, as well as Director of Process and Information Management, driving significant improvements in accountability and productivity. Tom's earlier career includes roles at Showtime / The Movie Channel, where responsibilities ranged from production management to quality control. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Ithaca College.
