Matthew L. serves as a Multi-Site Supervisor at Queens Community House since January 2024, overseeing program operations and supervising staff to align with the organization's mission and youth development best practices. Previously, Matthew held leadership roles at Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow as Director of Train & Earn, Eckerd Connects as Program Manager/EO Liaison, and Boys and Girls Club of Harlem as Multi-Site Program Director, among others. Matthew's experience includes developing and managing educational programs, training staff, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements across various organizations. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from Queens College.

QCH serves more than 25,000 children, youth, adults, and older adults every year. Our mission is to provide individuals and families with the tools to enrich their lives and build healthy, inclusive communities. Through a broad network of programs operating out of 40 sites in 15 neighborhoods, we offer Queens residents a needed support system at every stage of life, helping them to develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills to change their lives for the better and become active participants in their larger community.
