Carlos E. Valencia, Esq. serves as an Assistant District Attorney in the Felony Trial Bureau IV at the Queens District Attorney's Office since September 2022. Prior to this role, Carlos gained practical experience through a Clinical Prosecution Practicum at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and as a law intern in various capacities, including the Violent Criminal Enterprises Bureau at the Queens District Attorney's Office. Carlos also held editorial positions at the Hofstra International Business and Law Journal and participated as a student mediator at Maurice A. Deane School of Law. Carlos earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Hofstra University, a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Political Science from the University at Albany, and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Suffolk County Community College.
