Colin Hicks is currently serving as an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens District Attorney's Office since September 2023. Prior to this role, Colin was a law student at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center from August 2020 to May 2023, where Colin earned a Doctor of Law (JD). Colin gained practical legal experience as a Summer Legal Intern in the Office of General Counsel for the New York State Attorney General from June 2022 to September 2022 and as a Domestic Violence Bureau Intern at the Queens District Attorney's Office from June 2021 to August 2021. Earlier internships include work with the Bronx County District Attorney's Office and the U.S. Congress in the office of Congressman Adriano Espaillat. Colin holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Society, with a double minor in Philosophy and Political Science, from John Jay College (CUNY), completed in 2018.
