Sanjay Sukhdeo, Esq. is currently serving as an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens District Attorney's Office since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Gerstman Schwartz LLP as a Summer Legal Intern, and at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office and Gustman & Henry LLP as a Summer Intern and Legal Intern, respectively. Sanjay's commitment to social justice is reflected in internships with New York Communities for Change, where involvement included exploring human rights and effective advocacy strategies. Educationally, Sanjay holds a Doctor of Law from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Adelphi University.
