Tess O'Leary

Tess O'Leary currently serves as an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens District Attorney's Office, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes an internship at the United States Attorneys' Offices, where Tess conducted legal research and drafted pleadings for various criminal cases, and an internship with the U.S. Department of Justice's National Security Division, focusing on terrorism cases. Additional roles include a Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University College of Law and an Administrative Assistant at Bousquet Holstein PLLC.
