Queens Museum
Sol Aramendi is an accomplished artist educator and cultural organizer with extensive experience in various institutions, including Project Luz, Queens Museum of Art, and El Museo del Barrio. Since 2005, Sol has contributed to the arts community as an artist educator across multiple organizations, including LULAC Queens Council 23047, Isamu Noguchi Museum, The New York Public Library, and Queens Library. Sol holds a Master's degree in Labor Studies from CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies, a Master of Fine Arts in Social Practice from Queens College, and a Master of Architecture from Universidad Nacional de Rosario. In 2013, Sol participated as an artist in residence at Play & Repair Yasihbey in Turkey.
