Andrew Belk

Andrew Belk is an experienced football professional with a strong background in recruitment and performance analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at QPR FC since August 2008, Andrew has overseen the scouting and recruitment processes, managing databases, conducting statistical analyses, and producing comprehensive reports for key decision-makers. Additionally, Andrew built and manages a competitive performance analysis department at QPR FC, focusing on staff management and producing detailed reports using various data analysis tools. Prior experience includes a role as Performance Analyst with the Irish Football Association, assisting Northern Ireland's U21 team, and a Performance Analyst position at Al Nasr Sports Club, where opposition scouting and post-match reviews were integral to the role. Andrew holds an MSc in Performance Analysis from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Worcester.
