Andy Watkins

Andy Watkins is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in sports journalism and social media management. Currently serving as Social Media Manager, Multimedia Manager, and Club Journalist at QPR FC since November 2012, Andy has effectively leveraged expertise in digital content creation and media engagement. Previous roles include Communications Coordinator at Macmillan Cancer Support, where responsibilities encompassed managing press inquiries and compiling media coverage reports, as well as working as an Olympic News Service reporter during the London 2012 Games. Andy also contributed as a Premier League correspondent for BestOfTheBets.com and as a Communications & Public Engagement Assistant for NHS Hertfordshire. Academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Sport Journalism from the University of Brighton.
