Marcus James is a Development Centre Coach for U6-U14 at QPR FC since April 2023 and also serves as a Foundation Phase Scout for U9-U11 with Redbridge District, coaching the U11s football team since January 2023. Prior to these roles, Marcus held various positions in management and coaching, including Customer Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Performance Coach at Royal Mail, along with doing scouting for the Stevenage Football Club Academy from July 2020 to April 2023. Earlier experiences include roles such as Regional Operations Manager at BT Global Services, Transport Manager at Brenntag UK & Ireland, and several transport management positions at Great Bear Distribution Ltd., DHL, and Hoyer Global Transport. Marcus holds a GNVQ Advanced in Business Studies from Caterham Sixth Form College, completed between 1999 and 2001.
