Dawn Chanland

Dawn Chanland (Chandler) is an accomplished academic and leader currently serving as the MBA Program Director and Professor of Management & Organizational Behavior at Queens University of Charlotte since August 2012. In these roles, Dawn has spearheaded the development of MBA and certificate programs, focusing on curricula design, online learning, and assessment. Additionally, Dawn leads the CREW Charlotte Women's Leadership Program, fostering leadership development for women in the Charlotte Metropolitan Area. With extensive experience as a consultant providing talent management solutions and prior academic appointments at California Polytechnic State University and Boston University, Dawn holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, as well as an MBA from San Jose State University and a BA in Finance from California State University, Chico.
