Lisa Schlegel

Lisa Schlegel currently serves as the Executive Director of Student Success at Queens University of Charlotte, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Director of First Year Experience at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from August 2023 to July 2025, and the Director of Business Development and Engagement at Pima Community College from March 2023 to August 2023. Additionally, Lisa worked as a Corporate Liaison at Yavapai College from February 2022 to March 2023. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Education in Counseling/Human Relations from Northern Arizona University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Prescott College.
