Cynthia J. Borders

Since 2013, Cynthia J. Borders has performed as Director of Business Services and Coding for QueensCare Health Centers. She has effectively implemented a billing process that has reduced time and cost, positively contributing to QHC’s bottom line.

Cynthia’s successful experience as a director resulted from working in the healthcare field for over 25 years, specifically for Vantage Oncology and American Medical Response (AMR). Cynthia currently serves as chairperson for the California Primary Care Association (CPCA), a Billing Management Work Group, and as Co-Chair for the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County (CCALAC), also known as the Chief Financial Roundtable, for the past six years.

These leadership roles keep her informed on the relevant issues in healthcare and the billing for healthcare services. Cynthia holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Illinois Chicago.
