Penelope Leon

Penelope Leon has extensive experience in fundraising and communications roles, starting as a Program Manager at Capistrano Unified School District in 1995. Penelope then worked at Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties as Director of Interactive Media & Marketing before moving on to TCC Family Health as Chief Development & Communications Officer. Penelope later served as Vice President Fund Development at Abode Communities before becoming Chief Advancement Officer at Gracelight Community Health in 2024.

Penelope Leon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from California State University, Fullerton. Penelope also obtained a Master of Arts in the same field from the same university.
