Johan Tandberg

Johan Tandberg has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Johan currently holds a position as a Senior UX Designer at QueensLab. Prior to this, they worked as an Industry Leader at Hyper Island for a brief period in 2021. From 2020 to 2021, Johan served as a Designer and Owner at gäss.

Johan'slongest tenure was at NetRelations, where they held the role of Senior Strategist & Designer from 2017 to 2020. Before joining NetRelations, Johan worked at KAN as a Senior UX Designer from 2010 to 2017. Here, they contributed to target group analysis, business analysis, communication strategy, concept development, interaction design, user testing, and business follow-up for diverse solutions including e-commerce, web applications, and intranets.

Prior to KAN, Johan freelanced at malgomai as an Owner, UX Designer, and Project Manager from 2005 to 2010. Johan'sclients included IKEA and Telenor, and they specialized in UX design, information architecture, communication strategy, and project management.

Early in their career, Johan worked at IKEA Group as a UX Designer, where they served as a Concept Owner for Online Guides & Planners and worked on various projects related to product marketing, e-commerce, and home furnishing inspiration from 2006 to 2008.

Johan'sprofessional journey began at Vodafone, where they worked in Business Development and Marketing from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that, Johan gained experience as a Consultant in e-commerce and business integration at Frontec Öresund, where they also led a team of consultants from 1998 to 2000.

Johan Tandberg received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Gävle, which they attended from 1985 to 1987. Prior to that, they obtained their High School diploma in Science from Bessemergymnasiet Sandviken, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Johan also holds additional certifications in Mobile Apps for Touchscreens and Visual Design for Mobile and Tablet, which they obtained from the Nielsen Norman Group in March 2014.
