Pilar Pérez

Pilar Pérez has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Pilar is currently working as a UX Designer at QueensLab since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a UX Designer at 2028 New World Agency from November 2020 to April 2022. In this role, Pilar worked on various assignments, including websites, apps, and digital transformation projects. Pilar collaborated with clients and product owners to ensure project success.

Before their role at 2028 New World Agency, Pilar worked at Solberg as a Digital Art Director and UX-UI designer from October 2013 to November 2020. During their time there, they transformed complex websites and applications into engaging user-friendly experiences. Pilar also worked on fast-paced projects, meeting strict deadlines and ensuring all requirements were met.

Prior to Solberg, Pilar worked at Ellermore AB as an AD-Digital designer from March 2011 to July 2013. Pilar designed and produced websites, apps, and other digital products for clients in various industries, observing industry peculiarities and legislation.

Pilar also gained experience at Sigma Solutions AB as an AD/Grafisk Formgivare from March 2010 to May 2010. Pilar was involved in a complete redesign project for the Stena Match Cup Sweden website, collaborating with organizers, marketing specialists, and remote teams to produce and launch the new platform.

In their earlier career, Pilar worked as a Designer at Tangiamo Touch Technology AB from October 2007 to September 2009. Here, they contributed to the design of casino gaming tables using touch-screen technology.

Pilar began their career as a Digital Art Director at OnlineMarketing from 2004 to 2005, working closely with clients to understand their needs and propose effective strategies.

Pilar'sfirst job as an Art Director was at TERAN\TBWA from 2003 to 2004. In this role, they gained hands-on experience and worked on various design projects for well-known brands and companies.

During their university studies, Pilar worked as a Graphic Designer intern at Fondo para la Paz, IAP from 2001 to 2002. Here, they designed a new logo and brand elements for the agency and was responsible for the design and production of printed materials.

Pilar Pérez obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Simón Bolívar (MX) from 1997 to 1999. Pilar then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Design and Visual Communication from Universidad Anáhuac from 1999 to 2003. Lastly, Pilar completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Information Technology: Art & Technology from Chalmers University of Technology from 2005 to 2007.
