Tammy Ruffle is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Queensland Country Bank since April 2018, and has previously held roles including Human Resources Business Partner (secondment) and Human Resources Officer. Prior to this, Tammy worked at Vita Group Limited from May 2013 to April 2018 in various capacities such as Talent Acquisition Lead - Projects, Talent Acquisition Lead, and Talent Acquisition Specialist & Human Resources Advisor. Tammy's career began at David Jones from June 2008 to February 2013 as a Human Resources Advisor and Administrator, and included a brief tenure as a Human Resources Administrator at the Chamber of Commerce & Industry QLD in early 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Queensland University of Technology, completed in 2008, along with additional training at CLB in 2011 and TAFE Queensland in 2005.
