Jeff Tendero

Jeff Tendero is an experienced program director currently serving in the Queensland Government Cyber Security Unit, focusing on enhancing cybersecurity capabilities within the Queensland Government. Jeff has held various leadership roles, including Chief Information Security Officer at the Public Trustee of Queensland, and has contributed significantly to cybersecurity strategy and implementation across multiple government sectors, including the Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy Queensland, and Brisbane City Council. With a strong background in ICT governance and architecture, Jeff has developed whole-of-government strategies and policies, and has successfully managed complex projects throughout a career that began in the Queensland Police Service. Jeff holds an advanced diploma in project management and multiple certifications in project and program management methodologies.
