Ruth Dow currently serves as an Independent Advisor for the Queensland Government, providing support to agencies in implementing policy, program, and organizational strategies aligned with government mandates. Previously, Ruth held various roles at PwC Australia from June 2005 to July 2020, culminating as a Director, where oversight of large projects and stakeholder management were key responsibilities. Earlier experience included roles as a Senior Manager and Manager, focusing on technical analysis, project reporting, and consulting. Ruth's career began at the Queensland Government as a Policy Officer and progressed to Senior Policy Officer, dealing with policy reform in water resource planning and security. Ruth holds a Master's degree in Economics from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Griffith University.
