Ashlen Naicker

Ashlen Naicker is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information and communication technology management. Currently serving as Head of Information, Technology & Security at Queensland Hydro, Ashlen has previously held key positions including Head of Digital & ICT at Cancer Council Queensland and National ICT Manager at Qube. With a strong foundation in strategic planning, Ashlen successfully orchestrated the execution of a new datacenter for over 600 users and was instrumental in developing the inaugural ICT strategic plan at Zoos South Australia, where responsibilities included managing ICT operations from November 2012 to April 2016. Ashlen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Australian Institute of Business.
