Wade Walsh

Wade Walsh is a Senior Project Engineer at Queensland Hydro, focusing on project risk management and planning since July 2023. Previously, Wade held various positions at the Department of Transport and Main Roads from November 2017 to July 2023, including Project Manager, Engineer (Civil) - Assets, and A/Project Manager, overseeing a wide range of construction and maintenance projects across the North Coast DTMR network. Wade's extensive experience includes managing civil crews, delivering projects such as bridge works and culvert replacements, and maintaining over 1,200 structures. Wade's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability from the University of the Sunshine Coast, along with a Diploma of Project Management from the Australian Institute of Project Management.
