Our organisation grew from an identified need within services under the auspices of the Lutheran Church of Australia Queensland District (LCAQD), starting with the transfer of a single child care service in 2000 to a central management system. In 2009, all early childhood education and care services of LCAQD came together in the newly re-organised QLECS Branch.
