Previously, Barry held positions such as Project Director at Clough, General Manager at Lycopodium Minerals, and General Manager at GE Power Solutions for the APAC region, managing numerous high-value projects across multiple countries. With a strong background in strategic planning, client relationship management, and operational excellence, Barry has successfully established and led various initiatives to enhance project delivery and business growth in organizations including M+W Group and Aker Solutions. Barry holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
