Barry Sanders

Barry Sanders has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles within the engineering and construction sectors, currently serving as Project Director for Queensland Pacific Metals since March 2021, overseeing the DFS for the QPM TECH Project. Previously, Barry held positions such as Project Director at Clough, General Manager at Lycopodium Minerals, and General Manager at GE Power Solutions for the APAC region, managing numerous high-value projects across multiple countries. With a strong background in strategic planning, client relationship management, and operational excellence, Barry has successfully established and led various initiatives to enhance project delivery and business growth in organizations including M+W Group and Aker Solutions. Barry holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
