Candice Jade Olivier

Candice Jade Olivier is an experienced marketing manager at Medilaze Surgical since January 2024 and founder of Beyond Forward, a community platform that fosters innovation and collaboration in the Social Enterprise, Community, and NFP sectors. As a board member for Rotary International, Candice serves as the District 9640 Public Image Chair and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair. Additional roles include co-owner of Change Agent Academy and board member at Gold Coast Passport Rotary, where Candice holds the position of Youth Chair. Candice is recognized as the Gold Coast Champion for the Queensland Social Enterprise Council and previously directed operations at Karma Collab Hub, which supported the creative community. With a strong background in business development and collections management, Candice has contributed expertise at DebtPayable, Kaplan Higher Education, and Professional Collection Services. Educational qualifications include studies in Counselling and Psychology, supplemented by various professional training programs.
