Gemma Weatherley

Gemma Weatherley is an experienced professional in digital experience and customer intelligence, currently serving as the Digital Experience Lead and Head of Product Customer Intelligence at Urban Utilities since April 2015. Previously, Gemma held various roles including Customer Experience Product Manager and Salesforce Team Leader/Product Manager. Gemma's prior experience includes serving as Team Manager for Customer Solutions at Red Energy and Business Development Manager at Ray White. Gemma began a career in the aviation industry as Cabin Crew with Qantas from 2003 to 2006. Gemma completed secondary education at St Francis Xavier's College Hamilton in 1999 and pursued further education at the University of Newcastle.
