Julie-Anne has experience in diverse and highly regulated sectors including financial services, infrastructure, health, energy, mutuals and transport.

She has ASX, unlisted public company, government, not for profit and advisory experience.

Julie-Anne was a director of three insurers. Current directorships include Av Super and C S Energy. Chair experience includes the National Injury Insurance Agency Queensland. She is President of the National Competition Council.

Her Committee experience includes Audit Risk and Compliance, Risk, Investment, People, Reinsurance, Remuneration and Nomination, Governance and Organisational Performance.

Julie-Anne is the Chair of Urban Utilities' Audit and Risk Committee and a member of our People and Safety Committee.

She has a strong interest in the organisational value brought by innovation and technology.
