Luke Sawtell

Luke Sawtell has extensive experience in security and resilience, having worked in various roles at Urban Utilities and Brisbane City Council. In their current position as Head of Security and Resilience at Urban Utilities, Luke manages the Business Resilience Team to deliver prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery strategies. Additionally, Luke has led the strategic direction and program enhancement of the Protective Security and Critical Infrastructure Protection portfolio. Prior to this, Luke worked as a Business Resilience Coordinator at Brisbane City Council, where Luke also focused on emergency management, protective security, business continuity, and risk management.
