Peter Gould Esm

Peter Gould ESM is an experienced professional in health, safety, and wellbeing, currently serving as the Manager of Health, Safety and Wellbeing Enabling & Support at Urban Utilities. Peter leads a team that provides strategic advice, coaching, and mentorship across various business areas in the water utility sector. In addition to this role, Peter has an extensive background in volunteer leadership positions within Scouts Queensland, including roles as the Assistant Chief Commissioner for Specialist Activities and the Branch Commissioner for Adventurous Activities, where responsibilities include ensuring safe program delivery and developing policies for adventurous activities. Peter also contributes nationally as the Assistant National Commissioner for Adult Training and Development with Scouts Australia and has been actively involved with Mental Health First Aid Australia as an instructor. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate of Psychology and Master’s degree in Health Science with a focus on Occupational Health and Safety, complemented by several certifications in disaster management and nursing.
