Tim Jones

Tim Jones is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in various roles, notably as a Senior GIS Analyst at Urban Utilities since March 2020. Prior to this, Tim worked as a Senior GIS Consultant at Jacobs, a Senior Consultant at Clarita Solutions Pty Ltd, and held several positions including GIS Director and GIS Manager at Hema Maps. Tim also contributed as a GIS Team Lead at the Department of Transport and Main Roads, a GIS Developer at SPARQ Solutions, and a GIS Consultant at Gold Coast City Council, where significant contributions were made towards enterprise GIS solutions. Tim's background includes diverse roles in systems analysis and design with organizations such as ASG Group and Dialog Information Technology. Tim holds a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from QUT, a Post Graduate Certificate of Education from Bath University, and an Honours Degree in Physics from Durham University.
