Delfina Young

Delfina Young has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2013, they worked as a Pre Sales Engineering Intern at MicroStrategy, where they collaborated with customers to identify and implement Business Intelligence solutions.

In 2014, they served as a Sales and Online Marketing Intern at Programming4Design, where they acted as the main point of contact for a key client and developed websites on various platforms. Delfina also worked as a Sales Planning and Analytics Intern at SAP, where they created web reports, provided technical support, and delivered weekly Forecast reports.

In 2015, Delfina joined Despegar.com as an Online Marketing and Business Development Analyst. Delfina was responsible for developing an online channel for promoting flight deals on social media platforms and managing Facebook Ads campaigns.

In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Analyst at Lucini&Lucini Communications Group, and in 2017, they joined Streema as an Online Marketing Lead. Delfina quickly advanced through various roles at Streema, including Marketing Manager, COO, CEO, and finally, Head of Special Projects.

Most recently, in 2023, Delfina joined Queer Spaces as the Head of Product.

Delfina Young's education history includes a Bachelor in Management and Information Systems from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, which they obtained with Cum Laude honors, from the years 2011 to 2015. Delfina also participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at the Politecnico di Milano, focusing on Management Engineering, during the years 2013 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Delfina obtained certifications such as "Curso Ecosistema Crypto" from Defy Education in May 2022, and "Microstrategy Certified Project Designer" from MicroStrategy in July 2013.
