Mandar Karhade

Mandar Karhade, MD PhD, currently serves as the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at Quench since August 2024 and has been an Advisor for AFDO/RAPS Healthcare Products Collaborative since September 2022. Previously held positions include Sr. Director of Advanced Analytics at Avalere Health from June 2022 to July 2024 and Principal at Avalere from June 2022 to March 2023. Mandar also worked as Lead Data Scientist at McKesson from June 2018 to June 2022 and as a Consultant/Data Scientist at Chirality Research Inc. from October 2017 to September 2018. Earlier roles include Sr. Researcher at MD Anderson Cancer Center from June 2011 to June 2017, Emergency Medical Officer at Sterling Hospitals in 2010, Blood Bank Officer at Kai Wamanrao Oka Raktpedhi in 2009, and Medical Officer at Government Hospital from 2007 to 2009. Education includes a Ph.D. in Epidemiology and a Master of Public Health from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and an MBBS from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India.
