Grigorios (Greg) Grigoropoulos is a data science and machine learning professional with extensive experience in both startup and corporate environments. Currently serving as an Advisor and Data Scientist at Quench, major contributions include developing OCR data extraction mechanisms, user engagement prototypes, and innovative data sourcing techniques. Prior roles include Data Science & ML Consultant at Synechron, where Grigorios collaborated with senior stakeholders on integrating Generative AI, and Data Scientist positions at UBS and DeepSearch Labs, focusing on ML pipelines and sentiment analysis applications.
