VP, Customer Care & Sales Operations & VP, Strategy at Quench

As VP of Customer Care and Sales Operations, Kit leads Quench’s customer service team, which is focused on providing excellent care and quick resolution for all the customers’ needs and concerns. Joining Quench in 2020, Kit also leads Quench-wide growth initiatives as the VP of Strategy. In this role, he works with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of key business priorities. Prior to Quench, Kit was a Manager at Bain and Company, where he led due diligence projects in the private equity group as well as other engagements primarily serving industrial clients. He holds a BA in International Relations and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA from the Wharton School.
