Johanna Kleinen

Johanna Kleinen has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they started working at Capco as an Associate Consultant and later became a Consultant. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Daimler AG as a PhD Candidate, researching collaboration and innovation at the Research Campus ARENA2036. Johanna developed and tested innovation methods for the project. In 2021, they joined Forever Day One as a Project Manager for Culture Transformation and Learning, and later became the Project Lead for Culture Transformation. Currently, Johanna holds the position of Scrum Master at Quentic, starting in 2023.

Johanna Kleinen completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Universität Bremen, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Johanna then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Physics at the University of Cologne from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Johanna obtained a certification as a Trained facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials from the ASSOCIATION OF MASTER TRAINERS IN THE LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® METHOD in August 2019.
