Johanna O.

Johanna O. has a diverse work experience in various companies. Johanna started their career as a Tour Guide at TUI Nordic in 2011 and held multiple roles within the company, including Claims Specialist, Team Manager, and eventually becoming a Team Leader. In 2016, they worked as an Assistance Coordinator at SOS International and later joined TUI Nordic again as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. In 2018, they joined Intrum as a Service Advisor and then moved to LähiTapiola as a Claims Advisor in 2019. Johanna then transitioned to Quentic in 2020, initially working as an Office Manager and later becoming a Business Operations Manager. Johanna'scurrent position is the Country Director at AMCS Group, which they started in 2023.

Johanna O. has a Master of Economics degree from the University of Vaasa, specializing in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development. Johanna obtained this degree in 2020 and is currently pursuing further education in this field.

Prior to their master's degree, Johanna O. completed their undergraduate studies at Arcada University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2019.
