Monica Peball

Monica Peball is an experienced HSE professional currently serving as the HSE Product Manager at Quentic since March 2022. Prior to this, Monica worked at OMV from April 2017 to July 2020 as a Senior Occupational Safety Expert, managing the Group Safety Culture Program and developing methods to enhance safety behavior and reporting culture. Previous roles include HSSE Risk Management Expert and HSSE Senior Expert for Gas Offshore Projects at OMV Petrom from January 2013 to April 2017, where responsibilities involved developing BowTie diagrams, conducting training, and overseeing HSSE plans for projects. Earlier experience at OMV New Zealand Ltd and OMV Petrom - Offshore Petromar included support for safety case preparation and updates, training personnel on safety matters, and compliance with legislative requirements. Monica began their career at OMV Petrom as an Environmental Expert from September 2008 to September 2009.
