Marcelo Alexandre Brito Ferreira

Marcelo Alexandre Brito Ferreira has held a variety of roles in the financial industry since 1995. Starting as a Collection Supervisor at Credicard S.A. Credit Card Administration, they then moved to ibi bank (C&A) as a Credit & Collection Manager in 1999. In 2002, they became the Credit Card Manager at Banco PAN. In 2003, they were an Executive Manager of Collection Strategy at CSU - Credit & Risk. In 2006, they became the Collection Director at CreditOne - Collection Company. In 2008, they were the Operations & Relationship Manager at CONTAX. From 2009 to 2020, they were the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at QueroQuitar, and the Executive Director at Atento Brasil (RBrasil Soluções). In this role, they led the Collection Company integration to Atento Group and coordinated the deployment of Home Office in the Collection Operation for Itaú and Bradesco.

Marcelo Alexandre Brito Ferreira completed a Bacharelado em Economia from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo between 1992 and 1995. Marcelo Alexandre then completed a CEAG in Banking from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2001 and 2003.
