Vedashree Nagabhushan

Vedashree Nagabhushan has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Vedashree currently serves as the General Manager - Global Business Testing Head at Quess GTS since March 2020, where they lead the testing function and is responsible for delivery management, pre-sales, and business development in the P&C insurance testing space. Prior to that, Vedashree worked as a Director at Capgemini from January 2017 to March 2020, where they were responsible for ensuring the quality of supported projects in the business unit, conducting risk assessments, and assisting in risk mitigation. Before joining Capgemini, they worked as an Associate Director - Delivery Manager at IGATE from June 2015 to December 2016, where they oversaw the end-to-end delivery of projects related to customer QA for retail applications portfolio. Vedashree also has experience working at Wipro Technologies as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Consultant, where they managed large teams, handled P&L responsibilities, and implemented various improvement initiatives in the testing domain.

From 1997 to 2000, Vedashree pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

In 2011, Vedashree completed the General Management in IT program (GMITE) at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Later, in 2022, Vedashree participated in the Management Development Programme by Quess Corp at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

In addition to formal education, Vedashree has obtained several certifications. In November 2009, they became a certified NLP Practitioner at Neoway Academy in Bangalore.

Vedashree also received a Licensed Purpose Coach Certification from Edify Labs in June 2020. Furthermore, they completed DevOps Training at the DevOps Institute in December 2018.

In 2016, Vedashree was certified as an Engagement Manager by the Capgemini Learning Academy. Additionally, they obtained an Agile certification (PSM) in 2015.

Vedashree obtained a PM Certification from the Wipro Academy in 2010. Finally, in August 2018, they completed the flagship leadership program "Leaders of Tomorrow" at the Historic Lord's Cricket Stadium, organized by Capgemini.
