Kushal Maheshwari

Kushal Maheshwari serves as the Group Head of Investor Relations and Strategic Finance at Quess Corp Limited since June 2023, where responsibilities include shaping the Investor Relations program and enhancing ESG disclosures. Prior to this role, Kushal held the position of Head of Treasury & Investor Relations at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, overseeing a portfolio of Rs. 2500 crores, and managed similar responsibilities at Bajaj Consumer Care with Rs. 600 crores in investments. Earlier career experiences include working as Assistant Vice President at IndusInd Bank, where Kushal actively traded a US $200 million portfolio, and as Senior Treasury Manager at Bajaj Corp Ltd, focusing on investment management and compliance. Kushal holds an MBA in Finance from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Law from Government Law College, Mumbai.
